• To be happy, you need to consider feeling good, feeling bad, and feeling right, in an atmosphere of growth.
• One of the best ways to make yourself happy is to make other people happy; one of the best ways to make other people happy is to be happy yourself.

I copied this from the book The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin. I was feeling blue today. I remember that I bought this book, so I started to read it to stop my blue feeling and hope I can be happy. 

This book is about Gretchen Rubin's one year happiness project. She had this happiness project did not means that she is not happy, but rather she believes that if she happy so people around her can feel happy too. I am not finished reading it yet, but it helps me to think happy. She had 12 months in her happiness project, and each months has different goals. I read the third months, about the work. It was appropriate for my feeling now. Rubin said, enjoy the fun of failure. In order to have more success, we needed to be willing to accept more failure. One of the words of Robert Browning: "Ah, but a man's reach should exceed his grasp, or what's a heaven for?". Good point.

"The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts." - Marcus Aurelius. So, I decided to stop being sad, and be happy instead.
